About the service and these terms

WhenIsItLive? is an independent, general-audience information site. It lists events and links to outside sources; it does not organize events, sell tickets or products, or process purchases. These terms describe the permitted use of the site and apply to the extent enforceable under applicable law. They do not take away mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

Informational listings

Dates, times, availability windows, descriptions, links, and countdowns can change and may be estimated, incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Listings may be researched with AI tools and reviewed by an editor, but review does not guarantee accuracy. Updates are published periodically and cached, so the site is not a real-time notification service. Confirm important details with the organizer, seller, or streaming service before purchasing, traveling, scheduling, or relying on a listing.

• Date-only and estimated listings do not promise an exact release time. Availability may differ by country, time zone, platform, subscription, or age restriction.
• We are not a party to purchases or bookings made through external links. Questions about orders, refunds, cancellations, or access belong with the relevant provider.

Acceptable use

You may browse and share links to public pages for lawful personal or editorial purposes.

• Do not disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, overwhelm an endpoint, evade technical limits, or probe systems without prior written authorization.
• Do not attempt to access the admin area, data, or accounts you are not authorized to use.
• Do not use automated access in a manner that degrades the service or ignores published technical restrictions.
• Do not misrepresent affiliation with WhenIsItLive? or use the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Event submissions

You may send event suggestions and corrections without creating an account. Submissions are reviewed privately and are not posted automatically. Information selected for a listing may become public. Do not include confidential information, private contact details, or unnecessary personal information.

• You confirm that you have the right to provide the submitted text and sources.
• You retain any rights you hold in your submission. By submitting it, you give the site operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to review, edit, reproduce, and publish it as needed to operate the event listings. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated use of personal information.
• Submit accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit spam, threats, unlawful material, or material that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Submissions are voluntary and unpaid. Review, publication, attribution, a reply, or retention is not guaranteed.
• The Privacy policy explains how submissions, security checks, and correspondence are handled.

Third-party services and materials

The site may link to third-party services or display third-party promotional material for identification and informational context. We do not control those services, their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.

• Event names, logos, trademarks, promotional images, and linked materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless a listing expressly says otherwise.
• An image credit identifies a source or rights holder; it does not grant permission to reuse the image. Any reuse must have its own lawful basis.

Site materials

Rights in the original site design, original text, and other original materials belong to their respective authors or licensors to the extent protected by law. This notice does not claim ownership of event facts, third-party works, or public-domain material, and does not limit uses permitted by law or applicable open-source licenses.

Content-rights concerns

If you own or represent rights in material featured here and would like it removed, or would prefer that we not cover your work, contact legal@whenisitlive.com.

• Identify the exact page URL and the material at issue.
• We respect intellectual property rights and will review requests in good faith, work with rights holders to address concerns, and remove or adjust material where appropriate. Requests about future coverage are considered individually; this is not an automatic right to prevent lawful reporting.
• Tell us whether you own the work or represent its rights holder and what you would like changed. If you believe the use infringes your rights, explain why.
• Provide your name, a working reply address, and a good-faith statement that the information supplied is accurate.
• Include only the personal information needed to understand and respond to the concern. Do not include identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
• We may request additional information, restrict or remove the material while reviewing it, or share relevant parts of the notice with a contributor or adviser when necessary and lawful. Sending a notice does not by itself establish that a legal violation occurred.

Corrections and accessibility

For ordinary event-date, attribution, or source corrections that do not involve a legal claim, email support@whenisitlive.com.

• We aim to make the public site usable with keyboards, screen readers, text enlargement, reduced-motion settings, high-contrast modes, and other assistive technologies, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our technical target.
• We use automated checks and keyboard review to identify barriers. These checks do not cover every page, interaction, browser, or assistive technology; this is an accessibility target, not a certification of full conformance.
• If something prevents you from using the site, email accessibility@whenisitlive.com.

Availability and changes

We may correct, add, remove, hide, or reorganize listings and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by reliance on inaccurate or unavailable listings. Where a monetary cap is lawful, total liability arising from use of this free service is limited to US $100.

• These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Mandatory statutory remedies and consumer protections continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or operations. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law.

Your rights and resolving concerns

Please contact us if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising a legal right. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or prevent access to a court or regulator available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
